All of our products and services are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us via e-mail at info@alionveg.com or log into your account and send us a message from the "Contact Us" section of the Platform. Alion and More may accept replacement or refund of the product with which you are dissatisfied after you provide some evidence of the item before we substitute an acceptable item or issue a refund.
